DVDプレイヤーがシステムエラー（-69902）の表示が出て使えません。
どのようにしたら直るのでしょうか？教えていただけませんか？
よろしくお願いいたします。
再起動したりしましたが、同じ現象が続いています。
さらに内蔵・外付け共に同じ現象です。
内蔵ドライブ
MATSHITADVD-R UJ-868
外付けドライブ（IOデータFireWire接続）
Optiarc DVD RW AD-7173A
環境
MacBooK Pro15インチ（200810モデル）2.8GHz Intel Core 2 Duo メモリ4GB OS10.6
定番（定期メンテナンス）のディスクの修復とアクセス権の修復を試す。
システムキャッシュやユーザーキャッシュのクリアー（セーフブートでも良いかも）を試す。
新たなアカウントを作って、そちらでも問題が発生するかどうか試す。（新たなアカウントで問題が出なければ、現行のユーザーのホームフォルダー以下の問題、新たなアカウントでも問題が出るなら、システムやアプリケーションの問題。）
状況に応じて、DVDプレーヤーの初期設定等のファイルを捨ててみる。
OSX10.6のインストールディスクにて起動し、ディスクユーティリティで、アクセス権の修復を行いましたが、修復できない項目がありました。
＜下記2項目＞
警告：SUID ファイル“System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent”が変更されていて、修復されません。
警告：SUID ファイル“System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/DesktopServicesPriv.framework/Versions/A/Resources/Locum”が変更されていて、修復されません。
DVDプレイヤーのシステムラーの件に関しては、どうもFireWire接続DVDの時にディスクの読み取りが出来なくなっているのではないかなと、思っています。アクセス権の修復をした後は、内蔵ドライブでは、正常にDVDプレイヤーが起動し再生しています。しかし、FireWire接続DVDドライブにDVDを入れると、このディスクは読めません。と表示され、無視または取り出しのボタンが出てきます。でもこのディスクを内蔵ドライブに入れると、マウントさらに、DVDプレイヤーでの再生が可能です。（10.6.0の時には、FireWire接続DVDドライブからDVDプレイヤーで再生が出来ていました。）
どこがどうおかしいんでしょうか？？？？？？？？。
OSX10.6のインストールディスクにて起動し、ディスクユーティリティで、アクセス権の修復を行いましたが、
まず、アクセス権の修復は修復したいボリュームから起動した状態で行って下さい。例えば、内蔵HDDのアクセス権を修復したければ、内蔵HDDから起動した状態で修復をかけるのが鉄則です。
逆に、ディスクの修復は起動ボリュームを修復することはできませんので、修復したいボリューム以外（お書きのようにOSのインストールメディア等）から起動して行います。

「アクセス権修復で？」とか、Leopardでの情報ですが、「Mac OS X 10.5：ディスクユーティリティのアクセス権の修復で無視しても構わないメッセージが表示される」。
どこがどうおかしいんでしょうか？？？？？？？？。
となると、ハードの故障等も疑われますね…。Firewireのケーブルを変えてみるとか…。

OS10.6.1にしてからおかしくなったのは、MacBooK Pro15インチだけでなく、iMac24（White)もおなじで、FireWire接続DVDドライブからのディスクがマウントされません。そのため、DVDプレイヤーで再生もできてません。
ディスクユーティリティでDVDドライブに入っているディスクの名前は見えますが、グレーになっており、マウントできません。
OS10.6.0のときはFireWire接続DVDドライブからの再生できてましたし、マウントもできてました。
どうもOS内部の問題であるのではないでしょうか。

いえ、だから、「アクセス権修復で？」、「Mac OS X 10.5：ディスクユーティリティのアクセス権の修復で無視しても構わないメッセージが表示される」のリンクを張ったわけですが…。
どうもOS内部の問題であるのではないでしょうか。

今回の件は、ご指摘どおり、FireWireドライバかもしれませんね。
使用しているIO-DATAのドライブの型番は？
使用されているドライブはSony OptiarcのAD-7173Aのようですが、同ドライブを採用しているDVR-UEN18GLやDVR-UEN18GLVだったら、USBで接続してみると、どうなります？
変換チップにPL-3507を使用している場合、10.6.0では不具合がありましたが、10.6.0の時にはDVDプレイヤーで再生が出来ていたという事から、違う変換チップだとは思うのですが…。
可能なら、XCodeをインストールして、Developer/Applications/Utilities/USB Prober.appを使用すれば、USBチップのメーカーは判りますけれど…。
DVR-UEN18GLVです。USB接続に変更しましてDVDを入れましたが、「！」セットしたディスクは、このコンピュータで読み取れないディスクでした。とFireWire接続と同じ表示がでました。

内容は分かりませんが「I-O Data Device, Inc.」と記載されているので、見る場所は、ここですね。
Leopard 初期のころによく報告されてたトラブルで、その当時は Front Row から DVD を再生するとできるとか、VLC でごまかすとか、そんな話だったような。これ、すべての DVD ディスクでエラーが出るんですか？ 二層ものとか、特定のものだけ？
Ratoc製品と同じように、IO-DATAもチップメーカーの部分が書きかえられちゃってますね…。
製品メーカーがチップメーカーのFirmwareをそのまま使っている場合は、I-O Data Device, Incの部分がOxford Semiconductorとかチップメーカー名で表示されるんですが…。

すべてのDVDではないことがわかりました。
Snow LeopardのDVDディスクはFireWire接続ドライブで正常にマウントしてくれてます。
FireWire接続で読めないディスクでも、内蔵ドライブでは、読めますので、（一層、二層ともに）
だんだんわからなくなって、自分的には、内蔵ドライブを温存しておきたいこともあって、FireWire接続、USB接続の外付けドライブを使うようにしていたのに･･･。
エラーが出た時に、レポートの表示が出ているので、Appleに送信されているのかな。そしたら、そのうち解決してくれるんではないかと期待してます。
