アプリをインストールしようとすると、your AppleID has been disabled と出てインストールできないのですがどうしたらいいですか？
iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1
US Apple サポートコミュニティからの引用ですが、
iPhoneのExpress Laneからアップルのサポートに問い合わせて解決した、とのこと。

I HAVE THE SOLUTION!!!!! Just fixed it through apple. This is what you do.
http://expresslane.apple.com/ ( go to Express lane on the APple website)
- Choose iPhone
- Choose ITunes Store choice (you have a list and you have to pick one)
- Choose Connecting to ITunes store from a mobile device
- Fill out operating system (I just picked one...doesn't affect the chat you are going to have with Apple)
- Fill out Version of ITunes (again I just picked one)
- Fill out country
- Under Describe the Alert message you received, type "Apple ID has Been Disabled"
- Click COntinue
- Fill out all of your contact Info
- There may be a step where you have to sign in with your apple id...you can skip that and choose Sign in without loggin in)
- It should give you the option of having a live chat. Choose this.
- Wait until the cust service rep chats with you.
- THEY FIXED IT FOR ME
- This took all of 10 mins
