iPhone構成ユーティリティの「パスコード」設定内の「デバイスロックの猶予期間」という設定がありますが、デバイス側の「設定」→「一般」→「パスコードロック」内の「パスコードを要求」の設定とは違うのでしょうか？
ヘルプを見る限り同じ意味に取れるのですが、設定が反映しません。
ご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたら、ご教授願います。

デバイス側の「設定」→「一般」→「パスコードロック」内の「パスコードを要求」の設定というよりは、その上の自動ロックまでの時間（default では1分）のことでは？

残念ながら、「自動ロック」については、iPhone構成ユーティリティ内に「デバイスロックの有効期間」とは別に「自動ロック」として設定があります。
こちらは問題無く設定が反映しています。
こういうことみたいです。
Grace Period for Device Lock is the amount of time the user has before they are prompted to enter a passcode to unlock the device. If the user slides the slide to unlock arrow during the grace period, they will not be prompted to enter their passcode. If the user slides the slide to unlock arrow after the grace period, they will be prompted to enter their passcode. This is the equivalent of Settings -> General -> Passcode Lock -> Require Passcode option on the iOS device.
よって、上記が正しいとすればはにさんの説明が正しくて、papanon さんの「自動ロック」とは別物で、papanon さんの最初のポストの理解が正しい。設定ユーティリティで定めたポリシーより厳しい設定をデバイス側で行った場合はポリシーよりもデバイスの設定が優先される、ということでは。
