ワイヤレスキーボードのショートカットにつきまして　(wireless keybord short cut)

Apple Wireless Keyboard (US) MC184LL/B を使用しております。

同キーボードの、ショートカット変更（？）についてご質問させていただきたいです。

以前の初期設定から、ショートカットの変更はありましたでしょうか。私は、同キーボードをiPad Air 2のキーボードとして使用しているのですが、同iPadを先日、iOS9にアップデートした後に、変更された気がします。

具体的に申しますと、以前は英語/日本語の切り替えがCommand+Spaceで行えたかと思いますが、この変更後はCommand+Fnで行えるようになったかと思います。

そこで、ページダウンキーのショートカットが以前は、Fn + ↓（下向き矢印）などで行えたかと存じますが、このたび、どのキー（ショートカットキー）を使えば同キーボードによって同iPadのページダウン（およびページアップ）を操作することが出来ますでしょうか。
また、これらのショートカット仕様変更についてアップルからお知らせなどありましたでしょうか。

I think there was a keyboard short cut for page up/down with the wireless keyboard such as FN+(Arrow up/down) = Page up / down.

However I couldn't use this short cut with my iPad Air 2 and the keybord after updating to iOS9.0.

Is there any new short cut for page up/down with the keybord and iPad Air 2 after iOS9.0?

One more question.

Have Apple change the short cut of wireless keybord after iOS9.0? And did Apple mention this change?

I meant that I'm sure that I could use Command+Space to switch from one language to another before iOS 9.0.

However, now I hove to use Command + Fn.

Did Apple mention this? If so, where can I get this information?
