Google Chrome helper is eating CPU memory

Hi, I am MacBookAir El Capitan user.

According to Activity Monitor, Google Chrome Helper is using a lot of CPU and MBA performance is low. Especially in Chrome itself.

How can I stop Google Chrome Helper? I have been Googling for the solutions but could not find good one. Please let me know your solution.
