Network Connection outside of Japan on Iphone X Modell A1902

Hi,

Thinking about buying a Iphone X i Japan, but wondering if there are any network connection issues (or other issues) when I take it back to Norway. Because I see that the Japanese model (A1902) is special made to connect to the Japanese LTE-Network.

Very grateful for any assistance on the subject.
