Cannot access to iCloud Photos

I'm sorry I misunderstood your nationality. There are some Japanese members who misuse this community as if it was their English class room.

If you use the Files.app of your iPhone or iPad, you can't get access to iCloud photos. You can use the Photos.app instead, after setting up iCloud services on your device.

You can use the Photos.app. --> Use iCloud Photos
