Im having a problem with the apple pay that I cant add my Suica card to the wallet. this card is already added before in my phone and I have used it for a few months but when I turned off password of the Ip and then turned on back, I couldnt add suica card to the wallet to use it again
I followed all the guide step but it still not working. I need help from you!!

Oh sorry, I didn't see the screen shot you've add in the first post. The message say "contact the card company", so you need to call suica company, JR East or JR West. Maybe there is number in the behind of the card?
Maybe you can update iOS first. The latest version is iOS14.6.
To be honest, I never use Suica before coz I'm not in Japan, and I don't know what conversation you exchanged with Suica company and Apple support, so I can't tell you what is the reason.

I felt 3. is fishy if your card value is more than that....and I suggest you to update ios14.6 if is not latest version still.
...and yes, I just recalled there is one function to reset the wallet setting, you can try this

you'll lost all the settings but not data. Please read through and understand the support document.
It could be a reason. I found the support document say,
”If you are trying to add a second Suica or PASMO card to use with Apple Pay, make sure the name on the second card matches the first name on your My Suica, or Commuter Suica or PASMO card. If you have different names on multiple cards, download and register in the iOS Suica app or PASMO app.”
maybe you can explain about the multiple Suica card to Suica company before another trial.
I’ve called apple pay support care and suica company, both of them said that they cant support my problem, dont know what is going on when they said that I have to clear my card and it wont be used anymore even it still have 残高 and 定期券. So finally what the problem with my phone was?

I found this website say, if you failed to add card several times to wallet, it locked temporary. So you need to try it again 24hour later.

but it's only Japanese. Maybe you can seek help further instruction from suica company?
