why my apps keep crashing out

downloaded an app called “Uni Text” for my college studies. At first, it worked well and was compatible with my new MacBook Air. However, after a few days, it started crashing, and now I can’t open it at all. It keeps showing a system error message.

I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but it still doesn’t work. This problem is disturbing my studies because I’m unable to use the app properly.

I want to know whether the issue is caused by something I downloaded incorrectly, or if there is a problem with my MacBook Air itself.
