Billing problems

Hello. My Apple ID has a Billing Problem. I have an Apple Account balance of ¥3,500, but Apple keeps asking me to add another payment method to pay an unpaid Roblox purchase of ¥800. I don’t have a credit or debit card. Could you please help me use my Apple Account balance or resolve this billing issue?
