I just bought an iPhone 18 Pro Max, but there is a problem with the camera.

When you take a picture of a document, the focus becomes blurred after about 3 seconds. In addition, in FaceTime, LINE, and Messenger video calls, the front camera image will be dark.

There is no falling or getting wet at all.

I would like to replace the main unit with a new one, not to repair it. Could you please confirm whether it is possible to exchange it?
