I am writing regarding my recent order ***, placed on October 26, 2026. I purchased an iPhone 18 Pro Max (256GB, Burgundy) via the online store and picked it up at Apple Shinjuku.

The purchase was completed online without tax reduction, and no tax exemption was processed at the store. As a tourist residing outside Japan, I have now returned to my home country with the product.

Could you please assist me with the steps to request a VAT / Tax-Free refund for this order? I have my passport, purchase invoice, and boarding pass ready to share if needed.
