iPad mini 2でAirPlay ミラーリング出来ません。

iphone6 plusでは出来てるのですが、iPad mini 2の方はミラーリングしようとするとPCにインストールしている「AirServer」に以下のメッセージが表示されます。

「Please contact your network administrator.

The following TCP ports might be blocked: 7100

The ports in question are refered to as:

AirPlayDynamicMirroringTCPPort

・ルーターのフェームウェアを最新の状態。

・Wi-Fiは全て同じです。
