カーネルパニックの原因を知りたいです。
新しく購入したばかりのimacがカーネルパニックを度々起こすようになってしまいました。
スペックは以下になります。
２７インチiMacRetina5Kディスプレイモデル
- 4.0GHzクアッドコアIntel Core i7（Turbo Boost使用時最大4.2GHz）
- 16GB 1,867MHz DDR3 SDRAM（8GB x 2）
- 512GBフラッシュストレージ
- AMD Radeon R9 M395X（4GBビデオメモリ搭載）
カーネルパニックが起きる時の状況は以下になります。
・google chromeでyoutubeを見ている（２〜３時間ほど）
・席を外し、パソコンをスリープにしている
原因として疑っているのは以下になります。
・初期不良
・初期スペック１６GBに追加して、パソコン初回起動前に増設したメモリ１６GBの不良
・移行アシスタントによって継続されたアプリケーションの動作不良
直そうとして以下の行動をいたしました。
・AppleDiagnosticsによるチェック→問題なし
・Remberというアプリを使用してのメモリチェック→問題なし
Remberでは問題ありませんでしたが、メモリの故障説が大きいでしょうか？
