1) What is the sender's email address? Apple will send you email from the address of appleid@id.apple.com.

2) Does the message contain your name? Most legitimate companies will include your name in their messages to you.

3) Does the message contain a link to verify your Apple ID?  Hover your pointer over the link on your PC or touch and hold the link on your iOS device to see the URL. The legitimate URL to manage your Apple ID is https://appleid.apple.com/.

Subject名だけでは判断できませんが、多分偽メールと思います。

一番簡単なポイントは、文面の先頭にあなたの正しい名前様があるかどうかです。Appleからのメールなら必ず、あなたがApple社に登録した正しい名前が入ります。これが一般的な書き出しとか、メールアドレスとかなら偽で確定です。もし、偽であるにも関わらずあなたの正しい名前が入ってるならあなたの個人情報の漏洩も疑う必要があります。
