appleからのメールは本物？

昨日　iTunes Store から「Billing Problem-アルファベット：数時」というメールが

appleIDのメルアドではなくフリーメールアドレス宛に来ました。

内容は英文で

Please note that your account will expire in less than 48h .

It is imperative to conduct an audit of your information is present, otherwise your account will be destroyed.

Update Your AppleID

We invite you to act fast, if you need any help you can contact our online support.

Regards,

Apple

というものです。

そして今日は　Apple　から　同じ文面画像の添付メールが届きました。

少し調べてみたところ「詐欺メールだと思い放置していたらロックされてしまった」

という方をSNSで見かけたので心配になり質問させて頂きます。

またアップルIDの更新とは何の事なのでしょうか。

このまま放置しても良いものでしょうか？
