Active Directoryでホームディレクトリを設定をするとログインできない

職場に複数のMacがあるため、ユーザアカウントの一括管理と、どのMacにログインしても同じデスクトップ、書類、メールを使いたいと思い、macOS Catalina、Big SurとActive Directory（機能レベル2012R2、2016）の連携をテストしています。

Active Directoryユーザでログインはできました。

その後Active DirectoryのユーザプロファイルにてWindows共有フォルダをホームフォルダーとして設定し、Mac のホームディレクトリにマウントさせようとしたところ、Active DirectoryユーザでMacにログインすると、ログイン中にくるくる回ったまま進まなくなりました。

ホームディレクトリにマウントさせてログインする方法を教えていただければと思います。

Windows共有フォルダにはLibraryフォルダが作成されているので、Windows共有がMacのホームディレクトリにマウントされている様に見えるのですが、本来のMacのホームディレクトリよりフォルダが少なく、

くるくる回っている間は10秒ごとに"Library\Logs\DiagnosticReports"にクラッシュレポートが増えている状態です。

解決策が見つからないため、お知恵をお借りしたく思います。
