I have a problem. I applied for the free trial 1 month of the microsoft bundle (personal) on May 27 this year. I am not able to see any cancel button for the subscription to ensure i will cancel beforehand the expiry date which is 27 June (this month). And the instructions provided, still there is no cancel button
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.4
Thank you for your prompt response. And to answer your question i've already signed in with the account that i utilized for the 1 month free trial however, i follow instructions provided on the internet but still no luck.
Are you sign in with the Apple ID which you subscribed for it? If not, you cannot see as subscribed.
If you still cannot unsubscribe after see those links and you are sure subscribed from AppStore, contact Apple support and seek for help.
