AirPods MAXの充電について

AirPodsMAXが充電されません。

同様のケースで過去に修理をしてもらい、一時的な解決がありましたが、再度同じ症状が出ています。

充電を使い切る(0%)の状態になるとライトニングケーブルを挿しても1%でiPhoneに接続され、何時間経っても1%のままです。

リセットやスマートケースに入れての充電試行、純正/他社のケーブルでも解決しません。

その状態ですので、アップデートの実行も出来ない状態です。

ちなみにケーブルに繋いだまま1%表示でiPhoneには接続でき、音源の再生は確認できました。

同様の症状になっている方いらっしゃいますか？

I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with my AirPods MAX. They do not charge properly. I had a similar issue in the past, for which I had them repaired, and it seemed to temporarily resolve the problem. However, the same charging issue has recurred.

When the battery reaches 0%, I connect the Lightning cable, but the AirPods MAX remain at 1% and do not charge further, regardless of the time left connected. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, such as resetting and trying to charge them in the Smart Case, using both genuine and third-party cables, but none of these measures have resolved the problem.

Due to this persistent issue, I am unable to perform any software updates. It is worth noting that, while connected to the cable, my iPhone indicates a 1% charge, and audio playback works normally.

I am curious to know if others have encountered a similar problem. Your assistance in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated.
